NV Governor Gibbons Seen With Alleged Mistress Kathy Karrasch? - Nevada Governor Jim Gibbons, divorced from his wife, Dawn Gibbons, due to her accusations that he had an affair with a woman known as Kathy Karrasch, is in the news again with the same lady. In 2007, when his former wife brought allegations involving his possible mistress, it was revealed that Governor Gibbons had sent 860 text messages to the woman over several weeks. He had used a state cell phone and he later apologized for doing so and reimbursed the state for the expense. (Americas News Online - February 25, 2010).
